We are honored to have been part of the Shirui Lily Literature Festival, held on 21–22 May 2025 at TBG 125 Hall, Ukhrul; a landmark event that brought together writers, readers, scholars, cultural practitioners, and storytellers to celebrate the transformative power of literature.
As a proud partner and member of the organizing team for Ukhrul’s First-ever Literature Festival, we witnessed the town come alive with poetry, dynamic panel discussions, and an inspiring exchange of ideas across generations and genres.

Some memorable moments included:

- Thoughtful dialogues with authors, editor and publishing professionals from the Northeast and across the country.

- Workshops on archiving, visual storytelling, and publishing that sparked creativity and curiosity




- A reminder of language and cultural expression from a collective of knowledge keepers belonging to Maring Naga Tribe


- Interactive spaces for emerging voices and creativity.

We applaud our fellow organizers, volunteers, and partners who made this festival possible, and we extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who attended and contributed.


It was a joy to be part of a platform that uplifts learning, reading, writing, creativity, and community. We look forward to being part of many more such meaningful gatherings in the future.
